Nette and Brian are an awesome couple whose wedding I’ll be photographing in early June. We had a wonderfully random day recently, wandering through the city and taking photos. We started in the ferry terminal on Staten Island – since whenever Nette and Brian visit the city, they come through Staten Island and take the ferry to lower Manhattan. I thought it’d be cute to capture them on the ferry since it defines each New York trip.
Then we took the ferry (the Guy V. Molinari, to be specific
) and began our adventure.
We headed up Water Street and got to the Seaport area!
Towards the end we came across one of those temporary steam exhaust pipes and we had fun with that for kicks. I should forewarn you now, I often crack really bad jokes, so when I said things were getting “steamy,” well..you can see the result.
